How long is the program?

The Peaches program is a 4-week program.  If you'd like to continue with our program after the 4 weeks is up you can continue by emailing our support team. 


How is the program delivered?

The program is delivered via downloaded PDF where you can view daily workouts, warm-ups and exercise demo videos.

What is the minimum equipment requirement for each program?

As long as you have the basics (barbell, bench, squat rack, pull-up bar, dumbbells and some basic machines) you will be able to get the majority of the program done. 


How many days a week will I be training and how long will each session take?

You will train five days per week on this program and workouts will take around 60 minutes.
